I haven’t profiled a model on The Style Butcher before, but Ashley Smith has been showing up a lot lately – I even saw her in WAD mag recently (see last photo). Discovered at a South By South West festival, Ashley has been taking the fashion world on an edgy shooting spree. She carries street wear as well as she does couture, and I think the campaign she did for Sissley (see below) was the shiz. She has a raw edge that I think the industry is really latching on to. She’s not typically pretty, maybe a little gritty, but she has personality by the pant load. Bringin the gap (tooth) back!
