- The Style Butcher started out in 2012 as a street style and fashion blog. In 2015 most of the focus was on the current projects of my luxury workwear company Search & Rescue Denim Co. Now in 2016 I am turning the focus of this blog to a sort of entrepreneurial journal. I want to chronicle the next stages of building an international fashion brand and I think writing out my experiences will help me understand a bit more what I want out of this business, and this life. Thanks for reading!

So, last night I stayed up and mixed an hour DJ set, and it turned out alright. OK, well, maybe a bit dodgy. No trainrecks or anything, but I only planned out the first 5 tracks, then just kind of … Continue reading

Guilty Pleasures – Vol 1

I stopped by 49th Parallel Coffee Roasters on West 4th Ave in Kitsilano, and noticed this well dressed gentleman. I love the great mix of bright colours, and pairing the dress shoes with shorts is always a good idea in … Continue reading

Kid Cudi and that DJ
This was released a while ago, but I just came across it, and I dig it – Kid Cudi doing “Memories” with David Guetta producing. I’m also a fan of Kid Cudi’s indie/hipster/hip-hop clothing style. Aside from that, what’s up … Continue reading
